Yes. Victoria remains an international permanent makeup educator and speaker. Education is available selectively rather than through frequent large-group classes.

Victoria continues to teach, but enrollment is intentionally competitive, highly selective, and structured around serious long-term professional development.
One-to-One Training
Accepted education is conducted on a one-to-one basis so instruction can be adapted to the student’s experience, technique, questions, professional habits, and areas needing development.
Shadowing and Apprenticeship Are Required
Training requires mandatory shadowing and apprenticeship. A short class alone is not treated as a substitute for observation, supervised development, repetition, judgment, sanitation knowledge, and responsible client care.
Competitive Enrollment
Acceptance is not automatic, and education is not the studio’s primary service. Victoria considers professional seriousness, readiness, goals, availability, willingness to follow the complete process, and fit for the requested discipline.
